Midwest FurFest is excited to offer real-time tracking for our shuttle network, making your getaway from one event to the next as smooth as a sunny day at the beach. Our shuttle service is designed to ensure you can relax and keep tabs on the arrival times of our buses.

The following hotel properties run their own independent shuttle services to and from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center (DESCC):

On-Call ADA Shuttle

New this year, an on-call ADA shuttle will be available to our attendees. This van can accommodate one wheelchair or scooter and one companion at a time. The ADA shuttle operates during the same hours as the rest of the FurFest Transit System shown at the top of this page. It only stops at the same hotels and locations where our buses and shuttles stop. For more information and to obtain the necessary contact numbers, visit the Accessibility Services station in Hall A when Registration is open, or the Accessibility Services office in the Lambert Room, on the Entry Level of the Hyatt Regency O’Hare.

Please note: The ADA Shuttle is reserved for attendees who use wheelchairs, scooters, or who have difficulty boarding the standard shuttles. To maintain reasonable wait times and keep this limited resource running smoothly, we ask attendees who can board the standard shuttles to use the regular transit service whenever possible. Thank you for helping us keep this service available to those who need it most.

Service Adjustments

Certain stops may be bypassed depending on operational hours and other factors:

• Target/Rosemont Marketplace and Fashion Outlets of Chicago may be skipped based on property hours or specific service time constraints.

• The final stop at Fashion Outlets of Chicago will be made at 10:00 PM. Any buses arriving at or after that time will bypass this stop.

• The final stop at Target/Rosemont Marketplace will be made at 12:00 AM (Midnight). Any buses running at or after that time will bypass this stop.

Rosemont Entertainment Circulator

The Village of Rosemont and Pace Bus offer the Rosemont Entertainment Circulator, a minibus that runs a continuous loop every 10 to 15 minutes from the CTA Rosemont Station, to the Parkway Bank Park Entertainment District, to the Fashion Outlets of Chicago Mall, to the Stephens Convention Center, and then back to the Rosemont CTA Station. The Circulator operates from 7:30 AM to midnight Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 AM Friday and Saturday, and from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM on Sunday.
