Your journey starts here! By registering for Midwest FurFest you not only help support the convention and its charitable mission, but also receive access to all of our event spaces and amazing programming.

Location & Hours

All attendees, both those with purchased preregistrations and those wishing to purchase registrations on site, are required to visit the Registration desk in Hall A of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL before proceeding to the rest of the convention. Upon checking in, attendees will be provided with a badge which will grant them access to all convention spaces.

Thursday

3PM - 5PM - Sponsor and Shiny Sponsor Preregistration Only
5PM - 7PM - Preregistration Attendees Only
7PM - 10PM* - All Preregistration and At The Door Attendees

All attendees in line by 10pm will receive their badges Thursday night

Friday

10AM - 8PM - All Preregistration and At The Door Attendees

Saturday

10AM - 6PM - All Preregistration and At The Door Attendees

Sunday

Standard Membership

Shiny Sponsorship

A Shiny Sponsorship is for those who not only really, really like the convention, but wish to provide that something extra to help us continue to bring you the best convention that we possibly can! As a Shiny Sponsor, you will receive all of the benefits of a Sponsor membership, as well as the following gifts:

Single Day Attendance

$40 - Friday
$50 - Saturday
$40 - Sunday

Enjoy Midwest Furfest for a day for a discounted price. Available Friday, Saturday or Sunday, this level includes all the benefits of a Standard Membership for that day only, including access to all evening events.

This level is not available online and can only be purchased the day it's going to be used. If you decide to stay longer, we will happily credit your single day badge towards the cost of a Standard Membership (or Sponsor levels if available) granting access for the remainder of the event.

Minor (13-17 yrs)

Memberships are available during pre-registration or on-site at the prices listed above.

Minor (7-12 yrs)

For our younger members that are accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, we offer a 50% discount on our Standard Membership or Day Passes.

Memberships are available during pre-registration or on-site.

Minor (6 yrs or younger)

For our youngest members, who are accompanied by their parents/guardians, we offer a free badge that they can proudly wear around the convention.

This level is not available online, and only available with the purchase of a membership (full weekend, or single day).

Attending Parent

For those parents of minor children (7-17 years old) that aren't part of our group, we appreciate your willingness to spend part of your weekend with us and want you to enjoy the convention with your child or children. Have a complimentary badge on us. This level is not available online and requires the purchase of at least one (full weekend or single day) membership for the minor.

All attendees are required to abide by the published Code of Conduct.​

Refund Policy

Refunds for your Midwest FurFest registration can be requested by sending an email to registration@furfest.org. Refund requests must be sent from the email address associated with the registration account requesting the refund. All refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

Attendees can request a full refund through 11:59PM Central Standard Time on Saturday, December 9, 2023. 

Sponsors and Shiny Sponsors can request a full refund through 11:59PM Central Standard Time on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. A partial refund equal to the amount of the pre-registration attendee amount can be requested until 11:59PM Central Standard Time on Saturday, December 9, 2023.

Any badge that is marked as Checked In or Picked Up on Thursday, November 30, 2023 or later is not eligible for a refund.

Important Dates

• November 21, 2023: End of pre-registration, last day to request a registration transfer, badge name change or upgrade before the convention.

• December 9, 2023: Last day to request a refund for an unused 2023 membership.
