Sleeping rooms begin on
the
third floor, and thus we will be trying to place fursuiters who request
it on the third, fourth, and fifth floors. Note that the stairs down
open to the outside
of the building; the stairs on the west end of the tower open to the
front of the building as shown, those on the east end (which should
not be used) open to the service alley behind the building.
There are four elevators
available; if elevator traffic becomes congested the convention will
provide traffic management in the hotel lobby. Please remember elevator
etiquette: priority for access to the elevators will first be given to non-convention hotel guests and
patrons who require mobility assistance (wheelchairs, scooters,
crutches, etc.), then fursuiters and one
handler, then all other attendees. Also, we ask that fursuiters
remember that this service is provided as a courtesy and while we will
work hard to limit problems with the elevators, your patience is very
much appreciated.
