Dealer information along with an application form will be mailed out and posted to the website the first week in April. If you received information last year, submitted an application, or requested to be added to this year's mailing list you will be included in the mailing.

The change in hotels means that we will have a larger dealer space, with about 50% more tables than we have had in recent years. This means we will be able to accommodate a larger number of dealers, and we are considering expanding the two table per dealer limit. The exact number of tables and their cost have not yet been determined, pending verification of hotel charges and requirements regarding such things as aisle width.

We're expecting to continue our policy of providing a variety of dealers, both old and new. Questions regarding Dealer Room operations, verification that you are on the mailing list, or requests to be added to the mailing list should be directed to Brendan Lonehawk.
